Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ARMORED WEAR. Each ARMORED WEAR product is produced individually after you place your order to ensure the best quality and finish. Because of this production model, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We only accept returns or refund requests in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; or
- The product does not match the description or order details.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After that period, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement under our standard return policy (without affecting statutory rights where applicable).
To start a claim, email us at support@armoredwear.store and include:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- Clear photos showing the problem (including packaging if damaged).
We may request additional details if needed to assess your claim. We will review your request and respond with next steps. Do not return any items before you receive written return authorization from us.
2. Return Authorization & Inspection
If a return is required, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that includes a return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval or without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed;
- Not used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- In their original packaging where reasonably possible; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase and the RMA reference.
All returned items are inspected. Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection confirms the issue. If an item is found not defective or damaged, no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For any return not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and such returns are not accepted for made-to-order items.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After inspection, you will be notified whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of an order is affected (for example, if one item in a multi-item order is defective or incorrect).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@armoredwear.store.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design by the buyer;
- Products damaged through misuse, improper washing, or handling; or
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery (subject to statutory rights where applicable).
5. Replacements
If a replacement is approved instead of a refund, a new product will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost. Replacements are issued once per order for verified issues only.
We reserve the right to request return of the original item before issuing a replacement in certain cases. We also reserve the right to refuse multiple claims for the same order or suspected misuse of the return policy.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your original return or refund (if applicable) is completed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Worn, washed, or used apparel;
- Items returned without original packaging or tags; or
- Accessories or goods that have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
These items are excluded from return or refund unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
8. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. However, this right does not apply to products that are produced individually after the order is placed, unless they are defective or incorrect.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (counted from the day after delivery) by emailing support@armoredwear.store.
Returned goods must not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, and must be sent at your own cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment.
9. Legal Guarantee (EU Requirement)
Our products are covered by the EU statutory guarantee against manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the description. This guarantee applies only to defects that existed at delivery, such as printing or stitching errors, or the wrong product sent.
Claims under this statutory guarantee may be made within the period required by applicable EU consumer protection law.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or material aging;
- Misuse, accidental damage, or improper care; or
- Issues related to size, fit, or personal comfort.
10. Unsolicited or Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back to us without written approval or without an RMA will not be processed or refunded. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages sent without authorization.
11. Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
